Omar Lopez, P.E.
Acting President
Construction Project Engineer at UNICO Engineering. Omar is responsible for ensuring thatproject plans and specifications are materialized in the infrastructure you see around you. Graduated from Sacramento State in 2020. He mostly manages public works projects but also puts his skills to use when renovating his house.

Geotechnical project engineer at Gannett Fleming with over 10 years of professional experience. Alma has a master's degree in geotechnical engineering, and a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering (Go Bears!). Enjoys weekend hikes and time with family.
Raymond Macy, P.E.,
Treasurer
Raymond Macy graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. He began his career with Caltrans, where he worked in Structure Construction from 2018 to 2022 and in Bridge Design from 2022 to 2024, gaining extensive experience in bridge engineering, field inspection, and project delivery. In May 2024, Raymond joined Ardurra Group, Inc, where he continues with bridge design and other non-building structural projects. Outside of work, Raymond enjoys skiing and mountain biking with his wife and their two dogs.

Engineer at the California Air Resources Board. Author of “Success with Drones in Civil Engineering” and co-author of "Exploring Smart Cities Activity Book for Kids." Certifications in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL). Four US patents for airport and aviation devices for energy and noise reduction. Enjoys living in Folsom with his family, pets, scenic outdoors, and community events.

She brings over 20 years of experience across public, private, and nonprofit sectors, specializing in strategic planning, grant management, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

Jose is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in California, Nevada, and Arizona, and has been a subject matter expert for the California Board of Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists since 2012, particularly in seismic engineering. Former Professor & Department Head of Civil Engineering at the Technological Institute of the Philippines. Former President of the Construction Specifications Institute in East Bay Oakland Chapter.
